How do I know the items are authentic?
Every piece is carefully inspected and authenticated before listing. Mandy brings over 750 five-star reviews on Vinted, and authenticity is at the heart of our boutique promise. If anything is later confirmed as counterfeit, you’ll receive a full refund.

What is your returns policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to notify us if you’d like to return an item. Items must be in the same condition as sold, with any tags still attached. Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your return. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.

Do you ship outside the UK?
At the moment, CirChic ships within the UK only. We also offer a local collection option in Pontyclun, South Wales.

How does consignment with CirChic work?
You provide authentic heritage fashion pieces, either by personal drop off or collection or via a tracked postal service.
We style, photograph, list, and market each item to our audience.
Once an item is sold, we retain a 40% commission of the final price.​
Items stay on consignment for 90 days. Unsold items can be returned to you or donated to charity (your choice).

How quickly will I get paid after my item sells?
We process consignor payments within 14 days of the sale and the funds being received into CirChic's account. You’ll receive your proceeds by bank transfer directly to your account.

What if an item is faulty or doesn’t match the description?
If you buy something that arrives faulty or doesn’t match the listing, you’re entitled to a full refund including postage costs. Just email us within 48 hours of delivery.

We focus on British heritage and equestrian fashion — think Barbour, Holland Cooper, Fairfax & Favor, Penelope Chilvers and similar brands.
